Summer is currently an Associate Producer at MS NOW (formerly MSNBC) working on video and social media for The Weekend: Primetime.

She previously worked at CNN as a Production Assistant and interned at Edible Manhattan.

She is a graduate of Parsons School of Design at the New School in New York City. She studied graphic design at Parsons, focusing on editorial design. At Eugene Lang College, she majored in global studies with a concentration in rights + justice, earning a dual-degree from The New School.
